Community comes with a lot of power. This is especially true for a community of men. Grown-up men who support each other, who hold space and create meaningful connections. A community of men brings this life experience to a greater level . Even more so in these challenging times.

Join our ManUP Class in summer 2024. [ENGLISH ONLY]
Similar to the original ManUP class launched 2020, and the second one we launched in 2021, ManUP 2022 is about to create a community of men committed to under-taking a personal journey where we discuss topics such as personal and professional growth, real-life emotions (the light ones and the dark ones), love, sex and intimacy.
Each month, we will facilitate group Zoom calls that foster a safe and loving environment. In this virtual circle, we will listen to each other, share, and reflect. We will also hold each other accountable, and most of all, we will all be vulnerable.
A ManUP class subscription covers the following:
your seat in our monthly circle calls (starting mid / end September) with a group of awesome and inspiring men
you become part of a community of like-minded men who know how to be real with each other
optional: in-depth half-day workshops exploring topics discussed during the monthly circle calls
two experienced coaches / facilitators sharing and learning along with way

The class is facilitated by Sascha and Gene. As you find more than enough info about Sascha around, here are some facts about Gene:
Gene is a Career Coach and Counsellor who has worked with hundreds of individual clients from around the world. A former organisational behaviour specialist, marketer, and publicist, Gene has held management level positions in companies such as Harrods International, QVC, Fremantle Media and eBay. Gene is an INSEAD Business School alum and he has also studied psychotherapy and counselling at Regent’s University in London. He is an active yoga practitioner and is currently training to become a Somatic Embodied Coach.

Gene, Sascha and the Beginnings of ManUP
Gene and Sascha first met in 2017 at The Arc, a personal development bootcamp in Lisbon, Portugal. Gene was one of the Coaches in the program, Sascha was one of the participants.
There was a lot of sympathy and alignment between the two from the very beginning on.
A few months later, both had the chance to spend a few days in Bali together. Sascha was just done with a Yoga Teacher training and Gene worked in Singapore at the time.
It was here in Desa Seni, where the idea of our ManUP project was born.
